How is pricing structured?: There is a single plan where you are charged monthly for each account connected during that period. AI credits are purchased on an ad-hoc basis.
Can I connect multiple accounts per channel?: Yes, you can connect multiple accounts per channel, such as multiple Instagram accounts. Each additional account is charged as an extra connection.
What does the AI do?: Our AI creates auto-responses and performs categorization based on user-defined categories. It considers your conversation, user-defined context, categories, and, for commerce accounts, your store and products.
What happens if I run out of AI credits?: If you run out of AI credits, you can purchase additional credits at any time. We will notify you when your credits are running low to ensure uninterrupted service.
How do I manage my subscription?: Charges are calculated monthly based on connected accounts during the month. Disconnect accounts to avoid charges. The billing portal link is available on this page.
